This policy explains what personal data DELTATIME STUDIO SRL collects through this website, why we collect it and what rights you have. It follows the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Belgian data protection law.
In short: we only collect what you send us through the brief form or by email, we only use it to reply to you and discuss your project, we never sell it, and this website uses no cookies or trackers.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- When you send a brief through the contact form: your name and work email (required) and, if you choose to provide them, your studio or company name, the services you need, your project stage and your message.
- When you email us directly: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- When you browse the website: our host automatically records technical data in server logs — IP address, date and time of the visit, pages requested and browser type. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Please do not include sensitive information (health, beliefs, etc.) in your messages.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and discuss a potential project — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To follow up on our exchanges and keep a record of them — our legitimate interest in managing our business relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To run and secure the website (server logs) — our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing or newsletters, and we never sell or rent it.
Who receives your data
Your data is only accessed by the Deltatime Studio team and by the service providers we rely on to run this website and our mailbox:
- Formspree, Inc. (United States) — receives the contact form submissions and forwards them to our mailbox.
- OVHcloud (France) — hosts this website, its server logs and our mailbox, where your messages are stored.
We may also disclose data when required to by law.
Transfers outside the European Union
Formspree processes form submissions in the United States. This transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission. Everything else — the website and our mailbox — stays with OVHcloud in the European Union.
How long we keep it
- Briefs and email exchanges: up to 3 years after our last exchange. If we work together, the data needed for that collaboration is kept for as long as it lasts, then for the periods required by law (for example, accounting obligations).
- Server logs: kept by our host for a limited period, for security purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can:
- access your data and get a copy of it;
- have it corrected or completed;
- have it erased;
- restrict its processing, or object to it — in particular to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@deltatimestudio.com. We will reply within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity.
Complaints
If you believe your data is not handled properly, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or any similar technology, and it does not store anything on your device. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading a page sends no data to third parties. That is why there is no cookie banner. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Security
The contact form sends your data to Formspree over an encrypted connection, and we only work with established providers. Access to our mailbox is restricted to the Deltatime Studio team.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if we change service providers. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
